| Pete Gombert – Chief Executive Officer |

Pete is an entrepreneur and visionary with extensive experience building software companies. He has been the founder or co-founder of three software-based businesses and has proven abilities to establish the vision and foster the growth necessary to return significant value to shareholders.
Pete’s software leadership experience spans multiple industries to include energy, finance, and media. Prior to Balihoo, Pete founded Enerx, a software company focused on the energy trading space. Upon selling the company to KW International, a London-based company that builds trading and risk management software for energy markets, he became Executive Vice President of International Operations. Previously, Pete was on the founding team of a financial services software and services firm. Pete holds a bachelors degree in accounting from Villanova University. In any spare time he finds, Pete can be found mountain biking in the Boise foothills and skiing in the central Idaho mountains.

| Vince Martino – Chief Operating Officer |
|
Vince is responsible for product development, technology, and operations. He has over twelve-years’ experience leading operations and building businesses in technology and marketing. Prior to Balihoo Vince held management positions with Capital One Financial, where he managed a direct marketing business, and Dynamicsoft, a software startup acquired by Cisco Systems. Vince holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an engineering degree from the US Naval Academy, and attained the rank of captain in the US Marine Corps. He is also co-author of The Marine Corps Way, a highly-acclaimed business strategy book published by McGraw-Hill in 2003. Vince’s passion is catching and releasing wild trout, especially in Idaho’s backcountry.

| Shane Vaughan – Vice President, Marketing |
|
Shane is responsible for all marketing activities including website development, customer acquisition and public relations as well as currently overseeing business development. Prior to Balihoo, Shane was at Hewlett-Packard where he was the Global Search Engine Marketing Manager setting the strategic direction and overall investment strategies for HP’s world wide annual search spend. He has also led business development, customer acquisition and marketing programs for businesses of all sizes including Hewlett-Packard, Dailey & Associates Advertising and Wirestone. Shane is also a former Google Tech Council member, a 10 person advisory council chartered with providing search and internet marketing insight to Google. In his spare time Shane can usually be found with a board strapped to his feet on the numerous Idaho ski hills or expansive lakes.

| Alison Say – Vice President, Sales |
|
Alison is responsible for leading all sales activities, generating new business opportunities and identifying and driving strategic industry alliances for Balihoo. She has over 12 years of sales, marketing and consulting experience across both the technology and media industries. Prior to joining Balihoo, Alison worked for CMP Media in New York, where she was a Principal Consultant. At CMP, she helped technology companies develop and enable successful sales and marketing strategies on a global scale. She also led the global development, delivery and sales of CMP’s XChange Conference platform, launching events in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. Alison is originally from the UK and graduated from Bristol University with a BA in Russian and French, which afforded her the opportunity to study in St. Petersburg and work in Moscow. Alison currently lives in Manhattan and loves exploring the city with family and friends who visit from around the world, finding great new places to eat, and taking advantage of the New York City Ballet on her doorstep. |

Ross Mopsick – Vice President of Client Services |
|
| Ross is responsible for ensuring the business success of all of our client relationships through the effective delivery of our suite of products and services. He oversees our account management, professional services, and client support functions. Ross has an extensive background in building client relationships and solving business challenges through creative technology solutions. He began his career as a consultant with Cambridge Technology Partners, and has led account management and professional services functions at pioneering software providers, Yodlee and mPortal. Most recently, Ross was the Vice President of Client Services at SelectMinds, where he oversaw all client-facing operations for their suite of corporate social networking solutions. Ross earned a degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia, with dual concentrations in Management Information Systems and Marketing. An avid backpacker and scuba diver, Ross spends as much free time as possible exploring coral reefs, shipwrecks, and tropical sealife around the world. When he's not underwater, he enjoys soaking up the boundless energy of New York City.

| Paul Price – Chief Architect |

Paul is responsible for leading engineering efforts including software development and infrastructure. With more than eight years of hands-on experience in developing professional Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, Paul brings a broad technical knowledge and diverse set of tools, techniques and best practices to Balihoo. Paul played a key role in developing the software and building the team that created Clearwater Analytics, the leading institutional investment reporting company. The software systems and tools he created allowed a small team to efficiently manage over $5 billion in corporate cash for dozens of separate accounts while also managing additional trading strategies and hedge funds. In his spare time Paul unwinds outdoors by hunting, hiking or dirt-biking. |

| Amit Jain – Consulting Scientist |
|
| Amit advises Balihoo on software architecture, hardware design and scalability for Balihoo’s advanced web technologies. Amit brings to Balihoo expertise in parallel computing systems and languages, system/hardware software architecture, and implementation of parallel algorithms. Amit is a professor of computer science at Boise State University and director of the university’s Beowulf Cluster Laboratory at Boise State University, which was established with the help of a National Science Foundation Major Research Infrastructure grant. He has had many years of experience with building and maintaining clusters as well as making clusters accessible to users from various fields, to include Biology, Materials Science and Engineering, Geophysics, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry and Physics. Amit holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida and a B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi. Amit is an avid mountain biker and Boise State football fan. |
