Michael Browner |

Michael
Browner is the CEO of Marketing & Media Consultancy, LLC, and has
had an advertising and media career that spans more than forty years,
including his renowned work as Executive Director in charge of Media
and Marketing Operations for General Motors Corporation (GM).
Currently, Browner serves as a consultant to Polaris Ventures, LLC,
where he reviews investment opportunities involving media and
advertising. He also consults for Experience, Inc. and AWS Weatherbug,
both Polaris portfolio companies. Prior to GM, Browner spent more than
20 years in various media and marketing positions with leading consumer
packaged goods organizations, including Lever Brothers, Dow Consumer
Products and the N.W. Ayer advertising agency.

Jack Haire |
|
Jack
Haire has more than 25 years experience with Time Inc. in a variety of
senior executive positions. Most recently, Haire ran the Time Inc.
Corporate Sales & Marketing division as Executive Vice President
and chaired the Time Warner Advertising Council, which was responsible
for the development and sale of the company's largest advertising
contracts. Earlier in his career, Haire served as publisher of TIME
Magazine from 1993 through 1998, when it was selected as Adweek's
Hottest Magazine. From 1998 through 2001, as President of the
Fortune/Money Group, he helped Fortune to achieve its best years in
circulation, advertising and market share, and partnered with CNN on
the launch of CNNMoney.com, one of the Web's most successful and
profitable finance sites. Since then Haire has served as an advisor to
numerous companies, including CNET Networks, Hallmark and Quigo
Technologies, where he assisted in developing innovative advertising
strategies.

Mark Solon |

Mark
Solon is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Highway 12 Ventures, an
early-stage venture capital firm investing in the most promising
high-growth, entrepreneurial companies in the Intermountain West.
Prior to Highway 12 Ventures, Mark was a General Partner at Atlantic
Capital Group, a private equity firm in Boston. Mark is a director of
multiple Highway 12 portfolio companies as well as the Rocky Mountain
Venture Capital Association. He is also on the advisory board of the
College of Engineering at Boise State University and currently serves
on The Idaho Business Coalition for Education Excellence.

Sanford (Sandy) Keziah |

Sandy
Keziah is a founding partner of Lacuna, LLC, a Gap Capital investment
firm. Prior to founding Lacuna, Sandy was president and CEO of Kindred
Keziah, Inc., a leading brand strategy firm co-founded by Sandy in 1995
to revolutionize the way companies create and manage their brands.
Kindred Keziah grew to house three divisions: Brand Strategy, Brand and
Product Innovation, and Consumer and Cultural Insights in its New York
City and Boulder, Colorado offices. Clients included leading consumer
product brands including Coca Cola, Kellogg's, Bacardi, MGM/Mirage,
Land Rover, Delta Airlines, Bank of America, IBM, Chili's Restaurants,
and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Sandy sold the firm to its senior
management in March 2005. |

Pete Gombert |

Pete
Gombert’s software leadership experience spans multiple industries to
include energy, finance, and media. Before founding Balihoo, Pete
founded Enerx, a software company focused on the energy trading space.
Upon selling the company to KW International, a London-based company
that builds trading and risk management software for energy markets, he
became Executive Vice President of International Operations.
Previously, Pete was on the founding team of a financial services
software and services firm. |
