Balihoo, a Vertical Search Engine for the Advertising Industry, Launches Demo
BOISE, Idaho - February 14th, 2007 - Balihoo Inc., a company that develops a groundbreaking
web-based solution for the advertising industry, today announced that it has launched
a Demo program to a select group of advertisers and media buying firms representing
over $25 Billion is US media spending annually.
The innovative solution will enable media planners and buyers - those who purchase
ad space for advertising agencies and companies - to search for media products that
are most relevant for their advertising campaigns, gather and analyze information
about those products, and interact with media owners to build and execute media
plans.
The partners involved in the Demo program cover the range of the media world from
small media companies to global advertisers and their agencies; it includes three
of the top ten media buying organizations in the United States. "We are
very excited to have such a diverse group of individuals and companies involved
in our Demo program," said Pete Gombert, Chief Executive Officer at Balihoo.
He continued, "The input of the Balihoo Demo community will help shape the
application moving forward and will ensure that the final solution fully meets the

The Balihoo solution will be broadly available to the media buying and planning
community in mid-2007.
